We were headed into a 3 day leadership strategy retreat with some participants onsite, others dialing in and a half dozen investor presentations from around the world. Prior to talking with Tricia we hadn’t considered how we were going manage the unique dynamics that this presented. Working with Tricia we honed in on our intent for the session and designed an event that engaged everyone, despite their location, and kept us all connected to visual outputs that we were collaboratively building over the days.

This year’s company wide offsite left our team aligned, engaged and excited for the year ahead! Island Inspirations helped us to design an experience that centered and connected everyone around our core theme of driving growth with a distributed workforce. The 2 days were filled with fit for purpose activities that reconnected us to each other (following months of COVID restrictions) and to our values, inspired us to think creatively about our growth and filled us with a sense of appreciation for each other.”
