I never realized or recognized the fact that I was working in – not on my own business.
I never allow myself the time or opportunity to truly think or process, I run from one task, or meeting to another, fueled by coffee and surface level thoughts and rapid fire feedback and reaction.
The thinking session was eye opening and energizing for me, not only for my own processing and ways of working but to reconnect with my team and appreciate them for their own ways of working through an idea.
