Our Grade 6 classes had a great experience using the Empathy Toy. The actual activity was a fun and exciting change from traditional classes and also worked well as an online activity.

While it was exciting and new to the students, the greatest value comes with the debrief talking about how different personality styles, leadership approaches, and communication skills interact in a group setting.

I wish we had more time to repeat the activity and process more with the students! This would also be a fantastic activity for adults or older students, work teams, administrators, and even parents!

I would highly recommend it to other schools and groups.
