We were headed into a 3 day leadership strategy retreat with some participants onsite, others dialing in and a half dozen investor presentations from around the world.
Prior to talking with Tricia we hadn’t considered how we were going manage the unique dynamics that this presented.
Working with Tricia we honed in on our intent for the session and designed an event that engaged everyone, despite their location, and kept us all connected to visual outputs that we were collaboratively building over the days.
