We were looking to ramp up the leadership training sessions that we were designing for a Client, recognizing that the audience was a group of front line leaders who faced some unique leadership challenges.

Working with Tricia we were able to design a curriculum that put the leaders at the center of the experience and take them on a journey to discover their personal leadership talents and style. We were able to design an experience (not a course for them) that included play, reflection, inspiration and practical challenge.

Tricia has an amazing depth of content and experience in the field of instructional design. It’s is a true sweet spot of hers and she is truly passionate about bringing learning to life. She is an expert worth tapping into!
