In a recent workshop with the leadership team of an international organization, Tricia’s graphic facilitation was the masterpiece and anchor of the session.
It impressively translated the conversations around the leadership challenges into an impactful visual, encouraging participants to embrace and engage with these challenges in a way that deepened their thinking.

I have become aware of how much I interrupt
“(when we started in my thinking pair (TP)) It felt like I had entered a room that began with a lot of space and a lot of air to breathe.
As others joined the room the air space got smaller but it was OK, because as they entered it was a shared contribution, a dance and an environment of growth.
That’s what it felt like to me moving through the conversation spectrum.
I have become aware of how much I interrupt. In the beginning I was allowed all the space I needed (in my TP) and I loved this space, but I realized as the air space got smaller I had to adjust for us all to have enough air.
I was making when it comes to listening and thinking or problem solving as a group
This session gave me an opportunity to reconsider the assumptions I was making when it comes to listening and “thinking or problem solving as a group.”
Gaining a deeper understanding of the role of a team member as a “listener” gave me some insight into how powerful listening can be in the generation/development of new ideas.
Tricia has an amazing depth of content and experience in the field of instructional design
We were looking to ramp up the leadership training sessions that we were designing for a Client, recognizing that the audience was a group of front line leaders who faced some unique leadership challenges.
Working with Tricia we were able to design a curriculum that put the leaders at the center of the experience and take them on a journey to discover their personal leadership talents and style. We were able to design an experience (not a course for them) that included play, reflection, inspiration and practical challenge.
Tricia has an amazing depth of content and experience in the field of instructional design. It’s is a true sweet spot of hers and she is truly passionate about bringing learning to life. She is an expert worth tapping into!

I wish we had more time to repeat the activity and process more with the students
Our Grade 6 classes had a great experience using the Empathy Toy. The actual activity was a fun and exciting change from traditional classes and also worked well as an online activity.
While it was exciting and new to the students, the greatest value comes with the debrief talking about how different personality styles, leadership approaches, and communication skills interact in a group setting.
I wish we had more time to repeat the activity and process more with the students! This would also be a fantastic activity for adults or older students, work teams, administrators, and even parents!
I would highly recommend it to other schools and groups.

We knew we wanted something special for our first Customer Experience Summit – the first of its kind in the Caribbean. As a local start up, we wanted to showcase our expertise and give our attendees something to remember!
We engaged Island Inspirations to help us highlight our Keynote speakers, Kenfield Griffith and Joseph Jaffe – who were talking on two totally separate topics. Without any real brief Tricia was able to capture LIVE, key points, thoughts and insights from BOTH speakers in an engaging and fun way that left everyone in the room wow’d.
Her ability to visually record really brought the speakers presentations to life and was such a memorable moment from the event. In fact, most attendees chose to take their picture with this board as their background over the branded backdrops!

It was a unique and creative way to engage students
Island Inspirations created for us a hand drawn 4ft by 8ft graphic poster communicating the renovation plans for the school’s Jubilee Hall .
This was at the main entrance to our annual bazaar in 2018, and it encouraged patrons to stop and learn more about our plans and to even to donate to the fund!
It was a unique and creative way to engage students, parents and alumni, and fantastic communication visual which we used throughout the campus.
